Panneer

Now that we have more dishes made out of panneer, we are in need of buying panneer from the market.
The most interesting thing is that we can make panneer just with the milk we have at home.
The only ingredient required for making panner is milk.

Step 1: Pour out the milk onto a deep vessel and start stirring it.
Step 2: Heat the milk continuously still it gets skimmed.
Step 3: At one stage, the milk would be entirely skimmed.
Step 4: Now, take this skimmed milk, put it in a white cloth, tie it tightly.
Step 5: Just make this content to hang out at a moderate height in your kitchen to dry out the water in it.
Step 6: Once it gets dried up, take a vessel of your wish(for the shape of panneer) and place the dried content              in it.
Step 7: Now refrigerate this.

Tasty panneer is ready now.
