Paal Payasam

This recipe is one among the tasty dishes my mom makes.
The steps seems to be so simple and easy.
The required ingredients are,

Milk
Sugar
Rice
Cashew Nuts
Ghee

Step 1: Pour the milk onto a deep vessel and start stirring it.
Step 2: Meanwhile, pour some amount of ghee onto a pan and fry out the cashews.
Step 3:Fry the cashews till it changes to golden brown.
           Once the color changes, grind the cashew and make it a fine paste.
Step 4:Similarly, fry the rice with ghee, grind it into a coarse paste.
Step 5: Now, pour the coarse rice paste into the deep vessel containing milk and keep on stirring well. Let the rice get cooked with the milk.
Step 6: Now add the cashew nut paste with it and continue stirring.
Step 7: Add needed quantity of sugar and keep stirring.
Step 8:Continuously stir the content till it becomes a little thick.
Step 9:Once the consistency has come, we can serve it along with raisins.

That's it.   Paal Payasam is ready.

Note: You can also have the rice as it is. It is not necessary to grind it off.
